All orders are subject to a $5.50 delivery fee. Orders outside delivery areas are subject to postage/courier charges. A quote will be supplied before packing the order.

Ordering

Orders must be placed before 5pm Wednesday. This gives us sufficient time to collate orders and purchase from suppliers. 

Pricing for all items are subject to change with market conditions. Units of pricing are specified on each particular item description (ie KG or EACH). Some products have order options. This is where you can specify if you are ordering by KG or EACH.   For example, Bananas have an order option on the description. You can specify here if you would like to order 1.5KG or 10 EACH. 

To order less than 1kg on any particular item, simply enter a decimal point in front of the number (eg for 200g of snow peas enter .200).

Please note - Products ordered on our website still need to be weighed at our checkout. You will receive a new invoice with your delivery detailing your exact purchases and invoice total.

Credits & Returns

We buy our produce fresh every morning from Sydney markets.

We demand high standards from our suppliers to ensure consistent quality standards. If you are ever unsatisfied with a particular product or the delivery in whole, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery us so we can fix the problem.

Payments

For deliveries, we prefer credit card payments. One of our friendly staff will contact you after you have placed your order to obtain card details

We usually process payments on Fridays after your delivery

Monthly statements can be provided upon request.
