Delivery Information
Sydney Metropolitan delivery charge is $5.50. We deliver using a refrigerated vehicle to ensure freshness.
Country NSW and Interstate orders are charged according to the weight of each order and your location. Upon placing an order our customer service team will contact you with a freight quote and check if you'd still like to go ahead with the order.
Please note we cannot send perishable items interstate or to country NSW areas not covered by same day delivery services.

- Thursday 9am - 12pm: Lugarno, Padstow, Revesby, Menai, Engadine, Heathcote, Thirroul, Bundeena
- Thursday 1pm - 6pm: Kingsgrove, Arncliffe, Kogarah, Caringbah, Cronulla Gymea, Sutherland, Como, Blakehurst, Oatley
- Friday 8am - 10am: Earlwood, Inner West
- Friday 10am - 12pm: City, Eastern Suburbs, Maroubra
- Friday 12pm - 2pm: North Sydney, Mosman, Northen Beaches
- Friday 2pm - 6pm: North West Suburbs, Western Suburbs, Liverpool
If you have a specific place you'd like our driver to leave your order, please enter it in the delivery instructions when placing your order. If you're happy for us to leave it unattended you do not have to be home to receive delivery.
If paying by cash on delivery we will bring out change up to the nearest $50 for your order (eg if your order total comes to $125, will will bring change up to $150). If you will not be home please call or email to let us know where you will leave the money and we will leave your change there as well.

Credit Cards
We prefer credit card payments for all orders processed on our website. We do not accept card details over the web, one of our friendly staff will call you to obtain details over the phone.
For credit card payments please choose account as your payment option at checkout on the website.
Payments are usually processed 1-2 days after you have received your delivery.
Cash on Delivery
We do accept cash on delivery. Please choose this option at the checkout.
